Chris also oversees our analysts who complete call analysis and reporting – all while making sure that we’re picking up on any trends – good and bad. Leading many internal conversations about specific asset performance, Chris’s behind-the-scenes work results in critical intelligence to make our teams fire on all cylinders and in the right directions.
Kate’s knows how to get stuff done. Her job requires a bit of everything – team accountability, copy edits, quality control, marketing ideas, productivity management and much more. She also has a key role in our reputation management work. From her background as a lawyer, Kate is no stranger to scouring data, finding loopholes when faced with obstacles and putting in the work necessary to deliver wins to clients.
